Large Canvas Painting Summer Art Intensive - part 2!
Our second session of our Large Canvas Painting Summer Art Intensive is well underway and the paintings are looking great! We were so lucky to be able to use the 30x30 canvasses that Grandma Cheryl so generously donated.

Resources of information for parents of children interested in the arts.
There are some wonderful resources of information for parents who have children who are interested in pursuing a creative profession, or whose children are interested in the arts in general.
One such online resource is the Los Angeles County Arts Ed Collective, and in particular, their Reports section.
A report entitled How Arts Education Promotes Career Opportunities Beyond The Arts can be particularly useful as it explains how arts education can be applied to professions that might not seem creatively-inclined, but who actually benefit greatly from creative thinking.
