how do i set up an account & register for an intro?

We do all of our scheduling through our a/w/p student portal. This gives you the freedom to manage your schedule, make ups and payments all in one place.

You can register as a new client here

1. Select that you are registering for your child.

2. Enter your information and your child's information.

3. Your a/w/p account will be created and you’ll be able to sign up for an Introductory lesson by clicking on “sign up for an ongoing class" (screenshot below)

4. Our website will show you every scheduled class. Filter results by using the lesson tags at the top. Choose the day/time that works for you! We schedule up to 14 days in advance.

5. Select “Introductory Lesson” from the “pick your payment plan” choices

**Note that Intro lessons are only available for classes that have ongoing availability, so that you can continue in that day & time should you choose to enroll.** Look for “Monthly tuition” to default as the “pick your payment plan" option. That signals an intro lesson will be available for that day & time.

6. Confirm the date you’d like to come in.

7. Finally, click on the booking button to enter your payment details and complete your Intro Lesson purchase.

Makeup policy / How do I cancel a class?

We have a flexible makeup policy. If you need to miss a class you can cancel it through the a/w/p client portal. (see screenshot below) You will be issued a makeup credit that is available for scheduling immediately.

  • You can only accrue 2 makeups at a time. (to cancel an additional class, you first need to schedule one of the 2 pre-existing makeups)

  • We ask for 24 hour cancellation notice

  • If we are not notified in advance of the absence, no make up credit will be issued.

  • Make ups are good for 60 days from the date of the absence.

  • Make ups are only valid while you are enrolled in classes.

  • Make up credits cannot be refunded or be applied to future tuition classes.

  • Once a make up is scheduled, it cannot be canceled & rescheduled. A canceled makeup will be forfeited.
